Qualifications

• Welding experience with aluminum and/or steel required.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Weld steel components for docks, boat lifts, and marine structures.
• Assist in fabrication and assembly of custom dock sections, frames, and parts.
• Perform SMAW welding with 7018 rod and maintain quality.
• Load, unload, and handle materials (lumber, aluminum, steel, hardware).
• Operate power tools and site equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow blueprints or supervisor instructions to complete welding tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support service and repair work as needed.
• Always follow safety protocols and foreman direction.
