Job summary

Resolve Marine Group seeks a Welder to perform welding and metal fitting at our facility or on job sites. The role reports to the Welding Supervisor and may lead small crews on occasions. Work involves ship repair and marine construction, with emphasis on safety and quality in a maritime environment.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of welding experience, welding certification, and the ability to read drawings and fabricate with minimal supervision. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level knowledge of welding equipment and safety.
• 4-6 years of welding and metal fitting experience.
• Ability to fabricate from drawings or verbal directions.
• Valid government ID/driver's license or passport.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fit metal at facility or on job sites.
• Fabricate from drawings and directions at an intermediate level.
• Lead small welding and fabrication crews on occasion.
• Maintain equipment and work area; ensure safety compliance.
