Qualifications

• Self-starter with good safety awareness.
• Ability to stand, bend and twist for a 10-hour shift.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous welding experience or weld training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated components for aluminum boats and subassemblies.
• Set up equipment and weld parts using gas-shielded arc or gas welding equipment.
• Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to position for welding.
• Follow quality systems procedures.
