Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, a leading marine company, seeks a dedicated Marina Manager for Clemson Marina in Seneca, SC. You will lead daily marina operations, including boat storage, fueling, rentals, dock activities, and Ship's Store management, while ensuring safety and high-quality customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will manage dock staff, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with other departments to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and team-mentoring abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.
• Attention to safety and compliance.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR; able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Availability to work Thursday–Monday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day marina operations including fueling, rentals, dock maintenance, and store activities.
• Direct and develop dock staff, promoting safety, professionalism and customer service.
• Hire, onboard, and train marina personnel on procedures and safety.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate marina equipment safely (forklifts, tractors) and manage boat movements.
• Inspect docks and facilities for safety and cleanliness.
• Utilize marina systems to schedule launches and manage customer data.
• Complete end-of-day reporting and coordinate with leadership on needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to support business goals.
• Support events and promotions at the marina.
