Hutco, Inc. is hiring a Marine Shipyard Recruiter/Site Coordinator in Harvey, LA to lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades at shipyards. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, verify certifications, and coordinate onboarding while maintaining strong client relationships.

This role requires at least 3+ years in industrial/marine recruiting, knowledge of shipyard trades, and the ability to work at client sites. A reliable vehicle and occasional on-site availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with industrial, marine or skilled trades focus preferred.
• Knowledge of shipyard crafts and field operations is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and qualify skilled trade professionals for marine and shipyard roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to hire.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, verify certifications and work history.
• Handle onboarding, insurance, compliance, and new hire paperwork.
