Qualifications

• Experience in marine, RV, powersports, automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or related industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair marine engines and boat systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service work.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, fuel, and electrical issues.
• Install and service marine accessories and electronics.
• Complete engine rigging, setup, and installation work.
• Diagnose and repair 12-volt electrical systems.
• Utilize service manuals, diagnostic equipment, and technical resources.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation.
• Follow shop safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
