Job summary

Boater's World Marine Centers BWGP is seeking a motivated Marine Service Support Technician to join our Service Department. This hands-on role supports engine handling, rigging preparation, forklift operations, boat staging, and yard organization, enabling technicians to stay productive and boats to move through the process efficiently.

We value reliability, attention to safety, and a strong work ethic. The position is outdoor, physically demanding, and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar heavy equipment is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Texas conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and yard equipment to move boats and trailers throughout the dealership.
• Safely operate company vehicles to tow boats to and from waterways, customer's homes, sublet facilities, etc.
• Assist with engine services and rigging preparation.
• Stage boats for service, diagnostics, delivery, and customer pickup.
• Maintain yard organization, equipment readiness, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
