Boater's World Marine Centers is seeking a motivated, hands-on Marine Service Support Technician to play a critical operational role inside our Service Department at BWGP.
This is not an entry-level yard position — and it's not a certified technician role. This position serves as the operational backbone of the service team.
You will work directly alongside Marine Technicians, supporting engine handling, rigging preparation, forklift operations, boat staging, and yard organization. When this role is strong, the entire shop runs more efficiently — technicians stay productive, turnaround times improve, and boats move through the process faster.
If you enjoy working around boats, engines, heavy equipment, and a fast-paced marine environment, this is a high-impact opportunity within a growing dealership.
(This is not intended to be a comprehensive list of duties. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.)
This position directly impacts technician productivity, service turnaround time, and overall department performance.
You will be trusted with valuable equipment, precision handling of engines and vessels, and maintaining the pace of daily operations. This is a physical, team-driven role that requires awareness, reliability, and pride in your work.
If you're looking for a hands-on role where your work directly impacts shop performance and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply and join the Boater's World team at BWGP
