Responsibilities

• Lead multiple seating development projects from concept to production.
• Manage timelines, milestones, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate design, prototyping, validation, and launch activities.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to translate requirements into manufacturing-ready solutions.
• Support launches and ramp-up with documentation and BOM creation.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, manufacturability, and cost.
