Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and assist with buying decisions on a busy retail floor. The role requires ongoing product knowledge and delivering a strong customer experience.

You will maintain shelves, signage, and pricing while promoting programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up, working part-time and contributing to a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.
• Strong communication with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with purchases.
• Demonstrate products and provide information to customers.
• Replenish and merchandise shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, stocked work area and signage.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
