Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in New Bern, NC is seeking a Rigger to install and connect motors and accessories on boats or ATVs, following factory specifications or work orders. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and excellent customer service.

You will rig boat packages per factory specs and work orders, test units, complete parts requests and paperwork, install optional equipment, and maintain a clean, professional work area. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Rig boat packages per factory specifications.
• Rig boat packages as specified on work orders.
• Notify Service Manager when rigging is not acceptable or safety issues arise.
• Test units for proper and safe operation.
• Complete rigging and inspection paperwork as required.
• Install optional equipment and/or accessories as requested.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area.
• All other duties as assigned.
