Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Rigger to install and connect motors and accessories on boats or ATVs, following factory specs or work orders. The role uses mechanical and power tools and requires attention to safety and quality.

You will rig packages per spec, test units, prep for delivery, and complete paperwork. Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.71 per hour, with full-time benefits; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to handle electrical systems and wiring on marine equipment.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Rig boat packages per factory specifications.
• Rig boat packages as specified on work orders.
• Test units for proper and safe operation using marine service procedures.
• Notify Service Manager of issues or customer-requested work not possible.
• Prepare loose motors or trailers for delivery to customers.
• Follow work order procedures for parts, labor, and paperwork.
• Complete rigging checklists and assist with inspections.
• Install optional equipment or accessories per customer requests.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area.
• All other duties as assigned.
