Job summary

Brunswick, a global marine leader, is seeking an Internal Auditor to support quality and safety initiatives across production areas. You will audit departmental areas, read schedules and prints, and ensure compliance with procedures and records management.

The role requires completing the Internal Auditor Course, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a team, with readiness for extended hours and hazardous material handling where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED equivalent.
• Hand Tool Knowledge.
• Work Experience in Field.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Complete Internal Auditor Course and apply auditing principles.
• Audit departmental work areas and read production schedules.
• Read and interpret prints and procedures.
• Identify short stocks and report them.
• Train PACE / ISO participation where applicable.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of hazardous materials, PPE usage.
• Support the quality system with document control and record keeping.
• Perform duties predominately at water test areas and assist as needed.
