Brunswick is seeking a QC Inspector (Nights) in Vonore, TN to inspect parts across Lamination, Small Parts, and P.I. You will verify conformance to prints, approved specs, and cosmetic gel coat standards. Qualifications

• Proven ability to inspect products to laminations and gel coat specifications.
• Ability to interpret construction records and lamination prints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting findings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts in Lamination, Small Parts, and P.I. to ensure compliance with prints and specs.
• Identify defects such as air voids, delamination, and gel coat issues.
• Verify proper bonding, foam injection, and secondary structures per records.
• Enter findings into QC2 system and support improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues and maintain safety.
