Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction, engineering or scheduling required.
• Experience in managing personnel required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field a plus; Certifications and/or Licensing Requirements
• Valid Driver’s License Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills developed to engage and retain positive working relationships.
• Strong ability to identify, track and manage project risk.
• Ability to delegate task driven responsibilities to project personnel.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the project, including construction, budget and cash management for a single assigned project to ensure contract and owner needs.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing requirements, and equipment resources for timely completion.
• Assesses initial project contract and resolves specification, contract conflict and scheduling issues with the owner.
• Coordinates with project personnel to update the schedule and adjust for change orders.
• Creates and presents monthly cost and revenue forecast and reports to leadership.
• Maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the project plan and payment schedule.
• Leads project closeout procedures and manages contract paperwork and claims.
