Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, MBA or related fields preferred.
• At least 10 years of industry experience with cross-functional project management.
• Fluent English for business and technical communication.
• Strong project management methodology knowledge and leadership across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients on assigned programs.
• Liaise between client and ABS departments to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Review bids to meet policy and customer solicitation requirements.
• Lead day-to-day execution of all projects or programs.
• Provide oversight to meet cost, schedule, performance, and contractual requirements.
