Qualifications

• Experience building performance dashboards and data visualizations in BI tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain organizational performance measures across GMO.
• Connect data to visualizations using Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Translate requirements into working solutions independently.
• Present measures clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting platforms as priorities shift.
• Collaborate with IT and data resources to support complex needs.
• Design tools with scalability to grow with the organization.
