Job summary

Concept Solutions seeks an experienced Marine Operations Software Development Lead to guide the design and modernization of mission-critical maritime software and enterprise systems. You will lead Agile teams, ensure secure, scalable code, and drive DevSecOps practices across the lifecycle.

The role requires mentoring engineers, integrating with Microsoft 365/Azure/SharePoint, and delivering strong operational software for complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years leading and supporting software development teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise software applications.
• Provide technical leadership to Agile development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and develop secure web applications, APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation solutions.
• Modernize legacy applications using cloud-native technologies and contemporary development frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, source control, and secure coding standards.
• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, identity management services, and relational databases.
• Support production systems through troubleshooting, performance optimization, and software enhancements.
• Establish development standards, perform code reviews, and mentor software engineers.
• Prepare technical documentation, system designs, and operational procedures.
