Qualifications

• Experience managing marine operations, passenger vessels, or fleet management.
• Licensing (Preferred): USCG Master's License.
• Leadership and scheduling skills in a maritime setting.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership for vessel captains and dockmasters to ensure safety and excellence.
• Oversee onboarding, scheduling, and staffing for marine crew.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and conduct crew training.
• Lead logistics for marine-based events, private charters, and riverfront programming.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep vessels and docks safe and ready.
