Job summary

Pontoon Saloon, Nashville Water Taxi’s premier passenger vessel operator, seeks an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue and occupancy. You will lead a blended team of virtual and in-person sales reps, manage ticketing, and lead multi-channel marketing efforts to grow bookings and charters.

The role requires 5+ years in hospitality sales/marketing, strong leadership, and a hands-on, data-driven approach to pricing, partnerships, and audience growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales and marketing with hospitality or experiential experiences.
• Proven leadership of remote or hybrid teams and recruitment.
• Strong track record in multi-channel sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a blended team of sales reps and marketing staff.
• Own ticketing strategy, pricing, and inventory controls for growth.
• Drive B2B partnerships, charters, and corporate events growth.
