Zusammenfassung

Garmin International is seeking a full-time OEM Marine Sales Manager based in North or South Carolina. You will develop new OEM and retail sales, cultivating and expanding relationships with Garmin marine dealers and distributors, and coordinating product training programs.

You will attend major trade shows, travel regionally, and support on-site customer meetings while maintaining product and pricing knowledge to drive sales and margins.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree included in Basic Qualifications.
• Proven track record of sales successes.
• Customer service focus with relationship-building experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and profits.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives while maintaining gross margins.
• Establish and execute sales plans and promotions.
• Develop programs for OEM, retail and consumer use.
• Deliver training seminars to dealer network and coordinate training activities.
• Travel to major trade shows and regional events; support on-site customer meetings.
• Maintain product and pricing knowledge; create sales presentations.
