Job summary

Bollinger Mississippi Shipbuilding, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Test & Trials Lead B in Pascagoula, MS. The successful candidate will lead a team conducting performance and quality tests on marine systems and oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical equipment. They will need strong leadership and interpersonal skills, alongside a minimum of 4 years' experience in propulsion or auxiliary systems. Position requires a commitment to safety and quality standards.

This role involves working independently and setting high standards for workmanship while participating in sea trials and operational testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Propulsion, Auxiliary, Fuel, or Damage Control systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, commission, and operate marine diesel power and gas turbine plants.
• Conduct flushing, commissioning, operational, and demonstration test procedures.
• Participate in sea trials, conducting underway testing.
