Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a BS in Engineering or closely related field preferred.
• Extensive QA experience with some supervisory exposure.
• Formal electrical training (apprenticeship or equivalent).
• Knowledge of shipbuilding processes and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications to determine testing requirements and assist with procedures.
• Order and calibrate test instruments; maintain calibration files.
• Conduct all testing and sea trials prior to customer acceptance.
• Maintain testing documents and submit status reports.
• Address deficiencies with engineers to correct issues.
