SA-TECH is seeking a Marine Mechanic (Engineering Technician, Maintenance III) to perform preventative maintenance, service, repair and testing of marine engines on naval craft at Naval Station Norfolk, VA. The role requires troubleshooting underway, safety-first work practices, and time-shared shifts.

Ideal candidates hold 5+ years of maritime engine repair experience, a high school diploma, and preferred certifications/experience with OEMs. U.S.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. Navy/Coast Guard or related trade school training preferred.
• Minimum of five years maritime engine repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment onboard naval small boats and test craft.
• Install, service, repair and test marine engines.
• Follow safety standards and best practices.
