Job summary

Mechanics Hub in Fort Lauderdale seeks a dedicated Marine Mechanic for field service on a full-time, day-shift basis. The role offers a company vehicle, paid training, and opportunities for growth, with a competitive hourly rate.

You will diagnose, repair, and service diesel engines on-site with access to specialty diagnostic tools, requiring ownership of a 3/4" drive set. ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of diesel engine diagnostics/repair experience.
• Experience with generators or marine engines preferred.
• Familiar with engines from Volvo, MANN, John Deere, Onan/Cummins.
• Must have own tools, 3/4" drive.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines in field service.
• Perform engine diagnostics using specialty tools.
• Communicate with customers and team to meet expectations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies in all tasks.
• Operate company service vehicle and support port-to-port service as needed.

A well-established company in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is looking for a dedicated Marine Mechanic to join their team of skilled technicians in a Field Service capacity.
