North Wind Group is seeking a Marine Mammals Systems Assistant I to support 24/7 mammal care. You will assist veterinary staff with vitamins, diets, and routine procedures, delivering customized care based on each animal's health requirements while developing husbandry practices.

The role requires flexible hours, scuba certification, and the ability to travel globally with short notice. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is required, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology or related field required.
• Basic open water scuba certification required.
• USCG license or Navy Coxswain cert is a plus.
• Willingness to travel worldwide with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Monitor animal behaviors and document health status.
• Perform feedings, disease prevention, and routine procedures.
• Assist with diving operations and husbandry tasks.
• Record sessions and animal performance data.
• Support marine mammal care during 24/7 operations.
