Job summary

Sea Ray Boats Tellico in Vonore, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance across welding, electrical and mechanical systems in a large manufacturing facility.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, welding proficiency, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment. The role involves lifting, moving, and working in a dynamic environment with a 4/10 schedule.

Qualifications

• Welding experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience in commercial/industrial facilities.
• Experience with CNC equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background; forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the welding shop schedule and repairs.
• Learn and perform maintenance on various equipment.
• Troubleshoot, rebuild and repair production equipment.
• Maintain high quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work four 10-hour days, Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.
