Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee seeks a skilled maintenance technician to perform repair work on marine equipment and manage a fleet of rental boats. You will diagnose mechanical issues, install electronics, and maintain accurate service records across varying conditions.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read schematics, valid GA driver’s license, and willingness to participate in ongoing training; safety and guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge or certification in boat engine repairs is helpful.
• Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Produce billable repairs and maintenance on work orders.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical components (motors, drive systems).
• Install and repair electronic devices (radios, GPS, trolling motors).
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet of rental boats and vehicles.
• Order parts, manage inventory, and prepare billing records.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and organize tools and parts.
• Coordinate service requests and communicate with customers and vendors.
