Qualifications

• Engineer and/or college education are preferred.
• Leadership and crew supervision.
• Operational planning and organization.
• Technical problem solving.

• Ability to work in demanding environments.
• Technical training in mechanical, marine, or industrial systems preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial piping operations, shipyard and/or marine environment.
• Experience performing or supervising piping system flushing, hydrostatic testing, or system commissioning.
• Experience working on military or government vessels preferred.
• Preferred familiarity with piping systems, marine pumps, contamination control, and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee flushing planning and engineering to meet cleanliness standards.
• Lead and supervise flushing crews during execution.
• Coordinate flushing operations with project teams and QA.
• Verify turnover criteria and system readiness.
