You will prepare surfaces, measure and catalyze gelcoat, and spray with precision, adhering to safety and quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to follow detailed work instructions, read production schedules, and operate gelcoat spray equipment.

• Ability to operate spray equipment and finishing tools used in gelcoat/mfg.
