Job summary

Dragados USA Inc is seeking a highly experienced civil construction professional to join our team on major infrastructure projects. The role focuses on monitoring site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring alignment with project schedules and contract documents.

You will review payment requests, help prepare monthly reports, and support cost control and dashboard development. The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or construction management degree and brings DOT

Qualifications

5+ years' experience with DOT projects and highway/bridge scope.
Proficient in project cost reports and CPM scheduling.
Experience managing minor subcontracts and quantities.
Strong Excel and Word skills; dashboard creation required.
Familiar with drainage, bridge construction, retaining walls.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with financial background.
Contract management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor the activities of contractors on the construction site.
Provide daily inspection of construction activities.
Work with Superintendents to monitor work performance.
Initiate actions to keep progress in line with schedule and contract documents.
Review contractors' payment applications, change orders, and equipment-vendor payments.
Supervise subcontractors and service agreements, purchase orders, and cost modifications.
Prepare monthly reports and an executive summary for project management.
Forecast next 4 months billing cycle with quantity, revenue, and cost projections.
