Responsibilities

• Directs employees in the Structures Crews Department and coordinates with supervision.
• Directs planning with subcontractors to prevent delays and ensure procedures.
• Procures tools and materials to meet schedules.
• Resolves construction problems with engineering and suppliers.
• Monitors progress, reports on costs and schedules.
• Attends coordination meetings with the PM to address issues.
• Oversees maintenance or reconditioning projects for existing installations.
