Hornblower Group in San Francisco seeks a Maintenance Technician to oversee electrical propulsion and energy storage systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, safety management, and training staff to ensure reliable vessel operations.

Maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of next generation electrical propulsion and energy storage systems. Provide ground level support and training to engineering and mechanic staff to ensure vessel operations are safe and stable. Responsibilities include commissioning, testing, and developing PMs to ensure that ESS and power generation systems are always maintained and operational. Developing regular inspections and reporting to upper management. Leading repairs when necessary, including ESS module replacement, install and maintenance of high‑powered DC fast chargers, fuel cell repair and operation, and advanced maintenance inside the hybrid control systems inverter rack.
