Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Marine Electronics Technician (MET) or Electronics Technician (ET) in commercial shipping or military.
Valid FCC General License with Radar Endorsement and GMDSS Radio Operator Maintainer License preferred.
Be physically fit for work involving climbing ladders and exposure to weather.
Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair electronic equipment on-board commercial fishing ships and yachts.
Test, adjust, and troubleshoot components and antennas.
Compose detailed service reports upon completing assignments.
