Dometic in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking an Assembler to join our Marine manufacturing team. You will perform repetitive assembly operations, read instructions, and ensure quality while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in electronics or assembly work is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong dexterity and ability to use hand tools safely.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to mass produce components.
• Follow written and oral work instructions with attention to quality and safety.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices as required.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and comply with ISO standards.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Report defects or safety concerns to supervisor.
