The Opportunity
WSDOT is currently seeking two Marine Electrician Apprentices to perform marine electrical work in accordance with Federal, State, and US Coast Guard (USCG) regulations. This position supports Eagle Harbor Maintenance Facility in its mission to provide preventative maintenance and emergency repair for ferry vessels and terminals. Duties include new installations of equipment, cabling, and electronics, diagnostics of PLC’s PLC-controlled systems, motors, motor controllers, advanced electronic equipment, and complex control systems.
