All American Marine, Inc. in Bellingham, WA, seeks a Marine Electrician to design, install, and test electrical systems on custom aluminum vessels from rough-in to commissioning.

For over 30 years, All American Marine (AAM) has set the standard in custom aluminum vessel manufacturing, delivering innovative marine solutions tailored to meet the most demanding needs. Located in the maritime hub of Bellingham, WA, AAM specializes in designing and building advanced, fuel-efficient boats for commercial, research, and passenger transportation.
As a Marine Electrician, you’ll help deliver dependable, standards-compliant electrical systems on custom aluminum vessels—supporting quality, safety, and build schedule from rough-in through commissioning.
Key responsibilities include marine electrical installation; routing, securing, and finishing wireways/penetrations/foundations; clean terminations; independent circuit testing; and integration of advanced electronics (radar, sounders, AIS, A/V). You will follow drawings, red-line changes, document test results, and coordinate with other trades and management to resolve fit/finish or revision impacts.
Required qualifications/skills:
You’ll begin onsite in Bellingham by checking the build board, current drawings, and any open QC notes, then staging materials and confirming parts match the latest revision. As the day moves on, you’ll rotate between hulls, engine rooms, and console spaces—verifying clearances, confirming labels, and keeping workmanship consistent across systems. You’ll coordinate handoffs with other trades, respond to change notes, and keep punch-list items and test records tidy so follow-on teams can move forward without rework. Before wrap-up, you’ll align on next-shift priorities, clean the area, and leave the space safe and ready for continued production.
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options; Paid Time Off; an equipment stipend; and employee discounts.
