Arcboatcompany is seeking an Electrical Integration Engineer based in Torrance, California. This full-time, on-site position involves solving production problems, improving processes, and creating robust electrical systems for their innovative marine technology.

The selected candidate will work closely with various engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize electrical integration in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in production support within the marine, automotive, or EV sectors is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting production environments and resolving issues quickly.
• Hands-on experience building and repairing harnesses.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support diagnosis of issues through hands-on electrical testing.
• Troubleshoot harnesses and electrical integration on the manufacturing floor.
• Drive constant improvement of full vehicle electrical system.

Skills

Experience in marine, automotive, or EV vehicle production environments

Strong troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems
