Textron Systems is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer I (Marine) in New Orleans, LA. You will contribute to specification/selection of components, cabling, and wiring diagrams while working with experienced teams on defense and commercial projects.

This role offers hands-on mentorship, exposure across functions, and growth opportunities within a global organization located in New Orleans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks or comparable software.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral within all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Specification and selection of electrical and electronic components.
• Selection of craft cabling.
• Development of cable routings.
• Development of schematic/wiring diagrams.
• Component installations.
• Interface junction box design.
• Protective device analysis and coordination.
• Voltage drop and power analysis.
• Electronics system interfaces.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
