Job summary

Arc is building electric propulsion and control systems for the marine industry, with a summer internship based at our Torrance, CA headquarters. You will work on diagnosing hardware issues, prototyping, and testing in a fast-moving startup environment.

The role offers hands-on experience in hardware design, testing methodologies, and production-related tooling. Join our Electrical Engineering team for a June–August 2027 internship, with relocation support, mentorship, and onsite collaboration

Qualifications

• Hands-on circuit building experience.
• Excellent grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Basic experience with electrical simulation software (LTSPICE, PSPICE).
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic experience with lab equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with diagnosing problems, designing hardware, prototyping, testing, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Designing tools for production end of line testing.
• Getting hands on with building and testing.
