Job summary

Northern Lights, Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks a Full Time Hourly Admin Support to serve as the primary contact for our network of marine dealers.

You will assist dealers who sell, install, and service marine generator sets and related power systems, helping resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels. You will act as liaison via phone, email, and dealer portal; process dealer orders; offer product knowledge and training resources; coordinate with parts, service, and engineering teams; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience in marine industry or related fields desirable.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the company and marine dealers; respond to inquiries via phone, email, and dealer portal.
• Provide technical and operational support on marine generator and propulsion products; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Process and track dealer orders; coordinate with parts, service, engineering for timely fulfillment.
• Assist dealers with product knowledge, training resources, marketing materials, and stocking requirements.
• Monitor dealer performance metrics and address concerns or opportunities for improvement.
• Document interactions in the EQM system and maintain records; contribute to process improvements.
• Stay current on product updates and industry trends; relay dealer feedback to teams.
• Collaborate with parts, sales, service, and engineering to shape product/service enhancements.
