Sitreps is seeking an Engagement Manager for the Marine Corps to lead end-to-end delivery of signed contracts, coordinating across supply chain, finance, and engineering, and serving as the primary customer contact during delivery.

Based in a remote-ready setup, this role requires frequent travel to customer sites and focuses on training delivery, invoicing, and post‑delivery follow‑on business within an existing US Marine Corps program.

Qualifications

• Five to twelve years of experience in Marine Corps operations or similar defense environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate across supply chain, finance, and engineering without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of signed contracts end to end from award through completion.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact during delivery.
• Coordinate across supply chain, finance, and engineering to move the contract.
• Ensure training and capability delivery are scheduled and executed on time.
• Own invoicing and the commercial administration of the contract.
• Identify gaps and obstacles and resolve them quietly.
• Surface and land follow‑on business inside the accounts.
