Job summary

Saudi Aramco seeks a Contracts Advisor for its Marine Department. The role focuses on developing and administering contracts for marine services supporting oil exploration, production and transport.

You will act as the contract proponent, lead analyses, and coordinate scopes of work with bidders and vendors. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering and at least 5 years in accounting/contracting plus 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and contracting.
• 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer contracts in the Marine Department.
• Lead analyses of cost, risk, and bidder qualifications.
• Coordinate scopes of work and contractor cost verifications.
• Prepare cost escalation/de-escalation amendments and contract actions.
• Negotiate with vendors and present to management committees.
