The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in marine composite finishing, strong knowledge of sanding tools, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marine composite finishing or related work.
• Ability to achieve Class A surface finishes preferred.
• U.S. Person required due to DoD-related work.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface finishing operations on composite parts.
• Mix and apply surface fillers and gelcoat.
• Identify and repair surface defects.
