Qualifications

• Must read and follow work instructions, drawings, and process specifications.
• Experience with surface preparation, sanding, grinding, and etching.
• Experience with adhesive bonding and oven curing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use measurement tools.
• Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Sand, trim, grind, and finish composite parts per specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for bonding, apply adhesives, and assemble components.
• Support oven cure and post-cure finishing, rework, and inspection activities.
• Follow safety instructions and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Record production data and maintain traceability per AS9100.
