Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years of marine composite finishing experience.
- Strong sanding and fairing skills with manual finishing.
- Ability to achieve Class A surface finishes (preferred).
- High attention to detail for repetitive fine-surface work.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- U.S. Person status required for DoD-related work.
Responsibilities
- Finish composite parts: wet layup, filling, sanding, and gelcoat refinement.
- Prepare parts for painting or bonding per specs.
- Follow drawings and process instructions precisely.
- Maintain finishing area cleanliness and dust control.
- Collaborate with quality to meet visual and dimensional standards.
- Track time using a tablet and follow procedures.
