Qualifications

• Willing to train the right person with related blasting/painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply coatings using conventional, airless, and plural spray systems.
• Safely operate blast pots, spray guns, and related equipment.
• Apply paint with brush/roller and spray methods with consistent mileage.
• Prepare surfaces and mix paints to required colors.
• Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and blueprints.
• Perform grinding, sanding, and polishing; caulking and sealing.
