Maintain active claim diaries. Ensure all claims are handled within delegated authority levels and in accordance with company procedures and best practices. Analyze claim trends and emerging transportation risks and provide recommendations to improve underwriting, risk management, and loss prevention strategies. Support business development efforts through strong service delivery and relationship management with brokers, clients, and underwriting partners.
