INSPYR Solutions seeks an experienced Buyer to manage purchasing and assortment decisions within the Marine & Boating category in Houston. You will analyze sales and inventory data, develop product assortments, negotiate terms with vendors, and collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, eCommerce, and planning teams to drive sales and achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of retail or customer service experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and data-analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Ability to develop strong vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Marine & Boating product categories.
• Analyze sales, inventory, market trends, and financial data.
• Develop assortment, pricing, promotional, and sourcing strategies.
• Build and negotiate relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Partner with merchandising, eCommerce, sourcing, and planning teams.
• Travel occasionally (up to 15%).
