We're looking for a Marine Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand—helping customers troubleshoot issues, understand our products, and feel confident in their purchases. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional technical support via phone and email
• Answer product-related questions (features, installation, sizing, compatibility, etc.)
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools
• Guide customers through warranty, repair, and replacement processes
• Document customer interactions and case details in our ERP/CRM systems
• Contribute to FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
• Review manuals, technical bulletins, and marketing content for accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience in technical support, electronics, or marine/electrical systems
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication—both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter)
• Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, ABYC, NMEA, or FCC licensing is a plus

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
